HERE IS HOW TO ORDER:

1. First, complete the form below.  Be sure to hit the  button once you complete the form so we get your order.

2. Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating we received your order.   If we cannot complete your order in full, we will state that in our comfirmation email.

3. When you receive our confirmation email, mail your U.S. check or money order payable to Sports Memorabilia Online to the address below. We must receive your funds within 10 business days of our confirmation email or your order quantity will be returned to inventory.

4. Once we receive your funds, your order will be shipped.  The day we ship your order, you will be notifed by email.
